BF Strategy is now a recognized leader in risk management, decision support, business case development, and project governance. Our multidisciplinary team works accross the transport, real estate, energy, infrastructure, and culture sectors, primarily in Quebec and other Canadian provinces, including Ontario and New Brunswick.
Brodeur Frenette was founded in 2015 by Richard Frenette, PhD engineer, and André Brodeur, urban planner, who jointly led the project office for the Montreal metro lines extension.
Combining their complementary visions, the partners created a firm specialized in strategic consulting and urban planning services. When the urban planning team joined the architecture firm Aedifica in 2023, the company became BF Strategy to promote the growth of its strategic advisory services, offered as a complement to engineering and architectural activities.
